ASET’s Executive Protection Specialists maintain the highest industry standard. ASET specialists are recruited from Special Forces, military and law enforcement personnel. ASET Executive Protection Specialists exceed the physical fitness standards set by the Cooper Institute and the United States Secret Service. Each man or woman qualifies with firearms four times a year, and maintains proficiency in one of the martial arts disciplines. Each ASET Executive Protection Specialist is a graduate from an accredited Executive Protection academy. Training is ongoing and updated weekly.
ASET Executive Protection Specialists provide security at home, during travel, on location, or during special events and can serve as drivers or provide escort vehicles. They may also provide training for your personnel in firearms, self-defense, and risk awareness. |

Lawrence A. Jordan,
Director of Special Operations for ASET Corporation is responsible for the on-going training in a number of areas for ASET Corporation’s Protection Specialists. He directs and coordinates high-risk termination and protection details throughout the U.S. and abroad.
Mr. Jordan is a retired Sergeant Major from the U.S. Army Special Forces and has served as a Personal Protection Specialist in the United States as well as overseas for both the military and private sectors.
Mr. Jordan has developed and taught VIP/Executive Protection Training to Protection Specialists from New Zealand, Australia, Japan and South America. The attendees have included select members of a Protection Detail responsible for a Royal Family. He has also worked extensively for several “Fortune 500” corporations and instructs and trains law enforcement personnel in SWAT Operations, Defensive Tactics, High Risk Warrant/Raid Operations and firearms training.

While serving in Bosnia with the U.S. Army, Mr. Jordan performed VIP/Dignitary Protection for U.S. Cabinet members including, then, Secretary of State Albright and U.S. General-grade military officers.
In addition to his military achievements, Mr. Jordan is a published author and Martial Arts expert with over 35 years of study, practice and instruction. He is a Master-Level Instructor of various forms of Martial Arts and Close-Quarters Combat. In 1999, he had the distinct honor of being inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall-of-Fame in two categories, Jiu-Jitsu and Hand-to-Hand Combat. He has authored two books, “School Crisis Prevention and Intervention,” (Carolina Academic Press), and “The Dirty Dozen – 12 Nasty Fighting Techniques for Any Self Defense Situation,” (Paladin Press). Mr. Jordan has had several magazine articles published including a three-part series on VIP/Dignitary Protection, “Bodyguard or Personal Protection Specialist ?,” Australasian Martial Arts Magazine, and an article on Unarmed Counter-Terrorist Tactics, “Grappling At Your Own Risk!,” America Strikes Back 2. He is also featured in a top-ten best selling training video, “Extreme CQB,” (Paladin Press).
Due to his extensive experience in security matters, Mr. Jordan is regularly called upon to provide his expertise on terrorism, personal and physical security, executive protection, military affairs, and school safety and security.
